We will take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to correct the information where appropriate. All complaints should initially be in writing and directed to the Privacy Compliance Officer. Sykes Group will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, within 14 working days, to let you know who is responsible for managing your query.
