Racine Neilson
Country Manager, Australia – Atlas Copco
Portable Flow
With more than 15 years of experience in the global pump industry, Racine leads the Atlas Copco Portable Flow team in Australia, responsible for both the Sykes GroupPrimax and Atlas Copco brands.
Racine joined the Sykes GroupPrimax in 2022 as Vice President, Americas, then returned to Australia in 2024 to take on the position of Global Sales Manager for the Sykes Group Primax brand. Under her leadership, the brand grew significantly across international markets.
Racine is passionate about delivering customer-focused solutions and has a special interest in change management and business development.
A member of AICD, Racine holds a double degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business and has also completed her Master of Business Administration.
Aman Batra
General Manager, Primax Product Company Dubai
With more than 25 years of experience and nearly two decades with Atlas Copco Group, Aman brings broad expertise across operations, quality, SHEQ, technical support, supply chain and business transformation. Aman joined Atlas Copco in 2008 and has since held a number of leadership roles across product companies. Most recently, as Operations Manager at Primax Product Company Dubai, he led end-to-end operations and supported the organization’s continued growth and profitability. He has also played an important role in major strategic initiatives, including the development of Atlas Copco’s Lean & Green manufacturing facility in Pune, India. Aman is passionate about people, teamwork and operational excellence, with a strong focus on collaboration, continuous improvement and sustainable business growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, and has completed the International Management Program at the Stockholm School of Economics.

With the Sykes Group, Stephen has led production planning and team operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Rosemberg Caicedo Ortega
Engineering Manager
Joining us in 2018, Rosemberg leads the Sykes GroupPrimax global engineering team, overseeing product support and research and development.
With a diverse background which includes 14 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Rosemberg has 10 years specialising in mining equipment for OEM’s.
Rosemberg holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Emily is a professional member of AHRI and IRS NSW and holds a Master of Law and Human Resources and Bachelor of Business.
Emily has a passion for ensuring Human Resources strategies are aligned with overall business objectives to drive organisational success.
Ana Paula
Business Controller Accounting & Finance
With over a decade of experience in financial reporting and controls, Ana Paula has a keen focus on budgeting, forecasting and internal audits. She joined Atlas Copco in 2014 and has advanced through roles including Controlling Analyst and Business Controller, driving significant digitalisation and automation initiatives.
Ana Paula holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, Controllership and Finance from FIPECAFI, along with degrees in Accounting and Business Management from leading institutions in São Paulo. Joining Sykes Group as Business Controller in 2024, her commitment to proactive partnerships are a strong asset to the team.
