The stainless steel wet ends which Sykes Group specified for our application have been very durable; almost all of our volutes and impellers are well over 60,000hrs old. The key to this prolonged life is following Sykes Group preventative maintenance schedule for bearing replacements and other wear items- keeping all pumps set to the recommended BEP duty points.
Sykes Group offer excellent after sales support, which has been first-rate over the years with providing; pump fundamental training, spare parts, technical support and regular site visits when required.
