Sykes Group Commissioning Service
Sykes’ commissioning service ensures that the client’s system is designed, installed, and operated to meet their operational requirements.
The professional installation and commissioning of pumps is the first step towards smooth ongoing operations. Our trained Pump Technicians will arrive on site to perform the pump commissioning checks and guarantee the pump has been installed and started up as specified to minimise the risk of a breakdown following installation.
Commissioning service is listed as an option for customers to select on all Sykes pump quotations, and is strongly encouraged to ensure longevity and performance of the new Sykes pump. ISykes Commissioning Service includes:
- Basic training on how to use the pump following best practice;
- A commissioning report that outlines the commissioning condition as well as the recommendations for follow-up maintenance services;
- Follow up on the performance of the commissioned pumps on a regularly scheduled basis;
- Option to contract Sykes to perform the required recommended servicing program for a 12-month period following commissioning at a discounted rate.
