Glen Priestley

General Manager, Global Head and Director of Sykes Group

Glen joined Sykes Group in 2020, bringing with him over 25 years industry experience across Australia, Asia, China and USA. A qualified Chemical Engineer, Glen also holds an MBA in addition to his wealth of experience in business leadership and executive management roles.

Glen’s technical skills and business acumen underpin his expertise in pumps and mineral processing equipment.

With a keen interest in research and development, project and engineering management and business strategy, Glen is passionate about leading Sykes Group through an exciting period of growth.

Racine Neilson

Global Sales Manager Pumps – Sykes

With 15 years experience in the pump industry across Australia and Asia, Racine has a special interest in pump application and sales, sales management, project sales, change management and business development.

Racine joined Sykes Group in 2022 and is now in the role of Global Sales Manager after leading Primax USA Inc through a transformational period of growth. 

A member of AICD, Racine holds a double degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business and has also completed her Master of Business Administration.

Murtuza Master

General Manager Dubai, Primax

A well-respected expert within the business, Murtuza has over 20-year experience in the pumps industry in Dubai.

Murtuza holds a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of business, holding Chartered Accountant status as well as 15 years of in-depth knowledge of Sykes Group.

General Manager since 2020, Murtuza leads the Dubai business through its most exciting time yet as we utilise Dubai as our central world hub.

Yuan Yuan

Aftermarket Solutions Manager

With a passion for pumps, Yuan Yuan joined Sykes Group in 2022 with 11 years of industry practice. With prior experience as a Product Specialist, Yuan Yuan applies her extensive knowledge to engineering support, pump configuration, and project sales.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economical Information Management and a Master’s degree in Information, System and Technology provides Yuan Yuan with a unique skillset to lead the aftermarket team.

Chris OBrien

Chris O’Brien

Global Product Manager

With more than 43 years in the pump industry, Chris brings a depth of knowledge and experience that few can match. Chris joined Sykes 27 years ago as a Sales Engineer and was recognised for his impact early on, receiving the Outstanding Sales Achievement Award in his first year.
 
His strong technical knowledge, commercial insight and deep understanding of customer needs led to his appointment as Product Manager, and he now serves as Global Product Manager for the Sykes Group.
 
Holding a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, combined with extensive industry experience and a genuine passion for the Sykes product range, Chris plays a key role in driving product development and global customer support.

Paul White

Technical Manager

Part of the fabric of Sykes Group, Paul has been with the Group for over 35 years. His passion for the business, his people and our products makes him an incredible asset.

Starting as a Mechanical Fitter, Paul’s capability and leadership led him to become Operations Manager. Now as Technical Manager, Paul supports the effective alignment between engineering, manufacturing and customer requirements across the Sykes Group.

Stephen Goff

Operations Manager

With over 15 years of experience as an industrial engineer and production manager, Stephen brings deep expertise in quality control, problem solving, and project coordination. With the Sykes Group, Stephen has led production planning and team operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Technology and an Associate Degree in Computer Technology from Kent State University, Stephen combines strong technical capability with a focus on continuous improvement. Stephen’s leadership ensures alignment across engineering, sales, and service, supporting Sykes’ commitment to operational excellence and innovation.

Rosemberg Caicedo Ortega

Engineering Manager

Joining us in 2018, Rosemberg leads the Sykes Group global engineering team, overseeing product support and research and development.

With a diverse background which includes 14 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Rosemberg has 10 years specialising in mining equipment for OEM’s.

Rosemberg holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Emily Clare

Human Resources & SHEQ Manager

Emily Clare is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in generalist Human Resources roles within heavy industry across Australia and Asia. Joining shortly after the acquisition of the Sykes Group by the Atlas Copco Group, Emily brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the organisation. 

Emily is a professional member of AHRI and IRS NSW and holds a Master of Law and Human Resources and Bachelor of Business.

Ana Paula

Ana Paula

Business Controller Accounting & Finance

With over a decade of experience in financial reporting and controls, Ana Paula has a keen focus on budgeting, forecasting and internal audits. She joined Atlas Copco in 2014 and has advanced through roles including Controlling Analyst and Business Controller, driving significant digitalisation and automation initiatives.

Ana Paula holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, Controllership and Finance from FIPECAFI, along with degrees in Accounting and Business Management from leading institutions in São Paulo. Joining Sykes Group as Business Controller in 2024, her commitment to proactive partnerships are a strong asset to the team.
